We want to have a baby girl...?

we have 2 boys and desperately want a baby girl. Any suggestions on ways we can better the chances for a girl? We are willing to try almost anything.

You can try things to bias the probability of getting a girl by playing with survival rates of XY versus XX sperms. But they are not guarantees. They just shift the odds. You may still end up with a boy. If you want a guarantee, I know of only one way to guarantee it if you want a biological girl between you and your husband. It's expensive and involves an IVF cycle. Basically, you go through an IVF cycle. You take meds to stimulate the release of a bunch of eggs. They extract it. They get an ejaculate from your husband at the same time and fertilize them all. They inculbate the fertilized eggs. At 3 days after fertilization, they bring in a geneticist and do a chromosomal analysis on all of the embryos that are viable. With the analysis, they can pick out the boys and the girls. They can test for a few other things while they are at it as well, like Down Syndrome and other common genetic defects. Then you put back only girl embryos at 5 days past fertilization. You hope and pray that at least one embryo implants and grow. Then you carry the baby to full term.

Have you tried using the Shettles method? You actually stop having intercourse a few days before you ovulate so that the male sperm which are weaker die off before the egg is released leaving more female sperm to fight for the egg. There's lots of info online just google Shettle method and it should come back with more detail.

This is what works to have a boy, so just do the opposite:
Doing it on the day of ovulation
Doggie style
Have the male ejaculate on the "in-stroke"

So for a girl, we stopped a few days before ovulation

Also, check the Chinese calendar for the lunar days for boys and girls

If your willing to shell out some serious cash for it, they can do alterations to embryos to make the outcome of boy or girl. You'd have to talk to your doctor about it, though. Other than that, there is no guarantee when it comes to gender, sorry!
