I did a search and all the sites that carried accusations, at least those I found, were all written by one man, Robert Fisk. If you research him, he has an agenda. I would like to to see some evidence by someone other than this biased bigot.

A court found those accused innocent. He doesn't accept this as it does not fit in with his prejudice. You have to find sources other than his to find out that weapons and explosives were found where Mousa worked. He was, if not a terrorist, at the very least protecting terrorists and so should be treated as an enemy combatant.
