I was 6 weeks when I had my first u/s, becuase I also had pains. You could see a tadpole like shape at that stage, but everyone and every pregnancy is different.
Try not to worry, you'll see your baby soon!
:-) Congrats!

16 - 29 1,400 - 53,000
29 - 41 940 - 60,000
You're levels indicate you're between 4-5 weeks pregnant. Don't worry yourself. Conception occured at a different time than you thought maybe. That early on, there probably wouldn't be anything to see yet. If there is, it would be a sac most likely. I had an ultrasound at 5.3 weeks and they saw nothing. At 7 weeks we saw the baby. Best of luck to you!

You could be anywhere from 3-6 weeks. Usually on an ultrasound, they can't tell much that early. They may see a little sac, but not much else. You may see a cyst on your ovary that is normal for this gestational age. Other then that, there shouldn't be much to see. It's early to see much, and the baby is only a few cm long at this point, sometimes even smaller. Crazy huh??
Good luck with everything!! I'm sure things will turn out fine!!

With my first baby, you could see the egg at 5 weeks pregnant. With my second one, I went in at 5 1/2 weeks and she couldn't see anything, I went back a week later and there it was.
