I mean all 'pens' use ink, right?

It is kind of redundant.
Kind of like when someone says that they had to replace their hot water heater. Hot water doesn't need to be heated!

yeah...but there are ball point pens too.
like a ballpoint pen doesnt have ink moving around in it and it doesnt make your paper all wet so it smears.
And an ink pen smear when you write with them
its so pointless to ask though!
a pen is a pen!

I hate,every person who ask for pen from others .if they need to write any thing,even sign documents or may it be a cheque,they must carry their own writing instrument,ink or gel or even lead pencil.
