It means she is no longer in love with you and would rather give up then try to get those feelings back.
That, or she is cheating. I'm sorry.

Sounds like the love is missing. Set her down and find out where it went wrong, and what's wrong. Try counseling, If she says she's lonely, or lacking in romance, you have to decide if your willing to change. And if you don't want to loose her you better start romancing fast.
Generally if you take care of your woman's needs, are good to her, and romance her a lot. She'll be yours forever. Of all the women I've worked with this is their biggest complaint, needless to say my wife get enough for 2.
