That's kind of hard. One one hand, I'd say 1-2 inch longer penis and slightly shorter foreskin.
But perhaps even more desirable than that is just a better body overall - like little fat and toned muscles, abs and all. Body (on the whole) trumps penis I think.

If I had one wish on changing my body? I would get my vasectomy reversed. Oh yeah did that already. I guess I would wish the pain would go away.

Longer penis, i think thats the number 1 wish for most guys, or tp last longer in bed .

i would wish for stronger lungs and longer stamina...then i could go running and go into sports. but i was born with weak lungs, and asthma, so i always had trouble running, because my lungs would get exhausted, and i would have trouble breathing. this way, i could improve my health faster.

my height. I'm currently 1.74m or 5ft9 (i think, not too sure about the imperial system). my ideal height would be 1.8m
