ok, i am ttc, and i started my period today. but i didnt get any cramps, and i always get cramps bad. i have pmdd, so i always have cramps super bad. and i wasnt supposed to start my period till this weekend. i still dont have any of the symptoms i always have when i start. what could this be? or am i just starting my period and got lucky this time with no cramps?

and i am not complaning about the cramps not being there, i am loving it. i can actually do something with out falling over in pain.

mabye you did get lucky with no cramps but you could be preg but when i missed my period i was still cramping bad and now im 8 weeks now

It could be that this is an annolvulatory cycle or that your corpus lutem didn't make high levels of progesterone and died early(letting you off the hook for the cramps) Other thoughts, if your "period" is really light it could be implantation bleeding.
