I have a mod for san andreas which makes it look almost like gta 4. Much more glitches though. In Gta 4 you can also ride the taxi around the city which is pretty cool.

Yeah, I use theone that makes every car that hits you or you hit fly off and the one that makes the body of the cars invisible, so you can just see the poeple and tires.
The two of them together is hilarious.

This one is quite fun it is were all of the vehicles are invisible apart from motercycles (triangle, L1,triangle,R2,Square,L1,L1) Try gettin in a monterbike then go on the wrong side of the road, trust me driving is almost impossile:) hav fun.
