how can I remove in from my sweat shirt from like 2 months ago.
?? its embarrassing when everyone tells me ... and i dont want some that will make it worse please

Sometimes blotting the stain with alcohol can remove a "long time" ink stain. You may need to repeat this several times to remove it to an acceptable amount.

try using hair spray, and blotting the ink out with cotton balls. be sure to keep spraying and blotting with a clean cotton ball each time. this takes patience, however eventually you should see the stain lift out.
