I have really dark acne scars left after having really bad acne for about 7 yrs. Ive tried a couple face creams that are supposed to be for acne marks but no luck. Anyone have any suggestions? Makeup wont work either unless i put so much my face looks fake.

You might need to get laser resurfacing, this will help fade the scarring.

You could try Mederma, scar medication.

"No matter how you got your scar, or how long you’ve had it, Mederma® can help make it appear softer and smoother. And now the #1 doctor- and pharmacist-recommended product for scars has a brand new formula. New & improved Mederma® is safe for sensitive skin and has a fresh, clean scent. As effective as ever on old and new scars, Mederma® puts the focus back on you, not your scar."

And on the occasion that you do have a pimple or two, you can use Neosporin on the blemish and it won't scar.
