I think they are all as bad as each other, I think they should either get rid of charges on the calls or make them cheaper and give the money to charity. It is just stupid and they are all blaming each other for it, but it shows how much we are being ripped off (but it quite funny how childish they are being about it), What do you think about it?

Your immediate thought is - make them give back the money. I don't think that is a good idea because it would only give rise to insoluble disputes. In any case the fools who ring in to these things are usually fairly pathetic figures.
Lets just learn from this and vow never to use them again because this exposure will not stop it. Right now there are thousands of chancers inside respectable broadcasting facades figuring out what the next scam will be or how they can adjust this one to get it back on air.
Make no mistake - as soon as they figure a way round the law they will be back blasting it out loud as ever and the poor fools will start phoning or texting or e-mailing or whatever.
All reality shows and phone in competitions should be dumped.
Television, by its own admission is incapable of reflecting or even dealing with reality
So it shoul go on being the unreal world that it should always have stayed and leave the real people (us) alone.

apparently that's been going on for a at the same time as. They inspire you to telephone in for a contest and also you refer to Richard and Judy live on air. The R&J practice begins at 5 o'clock and the 'winner' replaced into picked and interviewed by ability of 5.10 - they have were given to make certain the 'winner' is going to be a sturdy representation of their target market and not in any respect some drunken fool. besides so the winner is already picked and right here's the scam, Richard and Judy are nevertheless actively telling human beings to telephone in, so human beings were phoning in with honestly no chance of prevailing because the winner replaced into already picked. shame on R&J who incidently are the authorities manufacturers and very palms on, so there is not any way they did not know the scam.

Slightly off the subject - I have always thought that Deal or No Deal was a bit of a rip off myself - "Successful callers will be asked to leave their details, not all calls will be successful but all calls will be charged". Why on earth would anyone call in if you're going to be charged for the call and you probably won't even get into the draw to win the money!?

The list is never gonna end because they are all friggin fixed but try telling my mother who still phones them.
Deal or No Deal on the phone for the hour of the show she is what a waste of phone bill.
I knew David Guest should have won that show fixed the whole friggin lot of them.
Like to know what scam they are all going to pull next to get our cash.

I wonder who wins Deal or No Deal? even if they are genuine all the programs are earning an awful lot of money on the calls.
I do not phone any of the numbers and those late night quiz shows should be banned. I heard today that the casio's will be allowed to advertise on TV (I hope they say it could be bad for your health)

I'm with Emma (the first answer) for two reasons, both which I can see on her avatar! And, oh yes, because I too never phone in. The phoning in bit is the almost the whole point of these shows, and enough people fall for it to generate millions for these 'programmes'!
