Whats your favourite track, and what memories does it trigger when you here it.
Mine is about 90% of everything they ever recorded, and unfortunately I never saw the True Floyd on Stage live, but I've seen The Austrialian Pink Floyd live now 5 times - they have to be the best "tribute" band in the world

If the Austrialian Pink Floyd appear near you - try and go and see them are getting bigger and bigger, where I live they started playing to about 500 people - each time they have had to play at a bigger venue - now they play in the biggest Arena in N Ireland - Light show is great - not like the real thing but still great.

im dead lucky...and old... i saw floyd at earls court in 1976... (ish)
i also saw the aussie floyd.. and they were great... we had a 500 strong audience singing along.. (it was at the general wolfe in coventry) fantastic night...
chord change for chord change, they were indistinguishable... but the light show couldnt have cost em more than 20 quid... but who cares, teh music was fantastic
and its on the fading away... makes me cry... even now, i can feel the goosebumps appearing... so many memories... painful memories... old memories...
from the best band in the known universe...
shine on

Unfortunately I'm too young to have seen Pink Floyd (With Roger Waters still there) live, although I am very excited because I'm going to see the Australian Pink Floyd later this year! I love so many of their songs, but 'Time' and 'Comfortably Numb' bring back the most memories for me, mainly from around the time when I first got into Pink Floyd.
Watching them perform at Live 8 has to be one of the most amazing things I've ever seen =]

Best track Time from Dark Side of the Moon. My favourite album is Medal. Saw them at Earls Court in the seventies. Yes I am a bit old but I still play Floyd in the car.

Wish You Were Here is my fave track. It always makes me think of a great friend that was killed in a car accident two years ago. It was his fave track as well and we used to listen to it almost every time we went anywhere together in the car.
You should rent Pulse...it's a great concert from them. A friend cut it on DVD for me and I've watched it about ten times now. What a great band.

I love the medley of Any Colour You Like/Brain Damage/Eclipse from Dark Side of the Moon. It sums up the entire album, life, and the band's philosophy (especially Roger Water's). Btw, I'll be seeing Roger perform the entire album live when he comes to Atlanta in May. I can't wait!

Comfortably Numb. it reminds me of my first girlfriend with whom i saw Pink Floyd live. it was like 1985 or something. David Gilmore was singing leads. the tour was for the album a Momentary Lapse of Reason. I'm guessing you are somewhere aroun 35 years old.Right?

i also luv the floyd and each album is a seminal work in it's self but i prefer to listen to the division bell at the moment as it reminds me of about 10-12 years ago when the summers were long and the parties were plentiful joy ! but since then i met my wife and my life has changed from the great to the fantastic
