What's the best way to exchange currency FROM EURO TO DOLLARS without commission?

Where can I do this.... please help.... I cannot lose any of the money I need to exchange. Tell me what exactly are my options.

Well it might be late for you but when i was in Spain i changed the Euros into Dollars in the Spain airport and they didnt deduct any cash

Any business that does exchanges is going to charge you a fee. The best you can do is shop around for the lowest one. Your own bank will probably have the lowest fee.
