Neither if you are basing it solely on gender. Both have just as much potential to be successful and hardworking as they are to be gossipy and lazy. It all depends on the individual.

I can only tell you about female employees because I have six of them: one or more is always mad at the rest of them; they never, ever forget or forgive the one who wrongs them; if one goes to the break room they ALL have to go to the break room to make sure they are not being talked about; there is a definite pecking order with one on top and one on the bottom and everyone else in between.

That is ridiculous...what teacher would ask you to do a thesis on that? Or did you choose it? With today's society and the laws against discrimination i would think that would be a non-subject.
