I dont even know why I'm answering these questions but I would say he is not because we were made in his image. And Majority of people are not gay. I hope you dont go around trying to convince others of this theory of yours!

Why would God destroy a city of gay men if He was gay. No, God is not gay. He made us male and female for a reason. The Bible states in the last days men would burn in their lust for each other. Need I say more. In the Garden of Eden, He made Adam and Eve, not adam and steve.
