I took Clomid on days 5-9 of my cycle, I received an HCG shot on day 14 of my cycle, and an IUI on day 16, I was told I had two good folicles, or eggs, If only one was fertilized could I still have a period and be pregnant at the same time?

No you would not have a period. It is possible to bleed in early pregnancy for one reason or another.

No, some women claim to have a "period" while pregnant but it would be biologically impossible to have a true period and be pregnant since the endometrial layer sloughed during your period is where the embryo attaches within the uterus. If the layer was shed, the embryo would be shed as well which would be considered a spontaneous abortion or a miscarriage depending on how far along you were at the time. This is why one can't have true period while pregnant.

If only one egg was fertilized, the other egg wasn't fertilized it would likely dissolve and be reabsorbed by the body.

However, many women report bleeding/spotting early in pregnancy. This usually happens when the embryo implants itself into the endometrium. If you are concerned, by all means, call your OB.
