Are people can live on moon?

How they are going to live? what food they might eat? where they can find water to drink?

As of now, they are not able to live on the moon because it is lacking everything that you mentioned.

Hi. We could. They would have to grow their own food, use the plants for oxygen, find water in sub-surface rock. Probably have to be near the poles.
