I have read and heard it before but to shy to ask what does vanilla sex mean ????

Plain sex....nothing fancy, not differing positions, no dirty talk....just missionary with a cigarette after.
Anything termed "vanilla" means plain. Look at Vanilla Ice.

Vanilla sex is like the regular, kinda normal/boring type of sex - nothing special or adventurous.

I use vanilla sex to describe sex that is really ordinary. Just the basic guy-girl missonary kind of stuff.

vanilla sex refers to the fact that it was plain, or boring. (ie. ice cream)
