No. You don't know what you are, at all. You find out.
Most people grow up in a largely straight society believing themselves to be no different. Then they might meet someone and suddenly there's all these confusing feelings that open a can of worms and they start asking themselves questions: Is it a non-sexual admiration or are the feelings sexual? Is it just this person who makes me feel like this, or others, too? Am I attracted to members of the opposite sex? If not, have I just not met the right person? What-the-hell-is-going-on-everything-I-thought-about-myself-is-changing!
Without meaning to sound patronising, it can be scary, confusing time - and if people want to use forums like this as sounding boards to try and make sense of it all, then fine by me.
But having said that, if it's where you think you're pregnant, just go buy a flipping pregnancy test!

No, not everyone knows what they are as clearly as all that. Some people have a harder time coming to terms with being gay or bisexual than others. They probably just want a bit of support & to hear about other people's experiences etc so they don't feel so isolated. I agree that the "Am I pregnant?" question is a bit stupid though, they should just go & get a test. It is a shame there is no test for being gay or bi as that would make things a lot easier (pee on the stick & see where the line is), that is something we all have to work out for ourselves.

Some people just like the reassurance of a complete stranger agreeing with them. Some are just so ignorant of the real world they are pleasantly confused. And others use it simply to bait other people into answering them. Not everyone is as clever as you are, some people really do live in the clouds. Because I see smoke billowing out of all the windows in my house does it mean my house is on fire?

It's a label thing, people being obsessed with being pigeon-holed and categorised. People are far too complex for that sort of rubbish. We are who we are and we're all unique in one way or another. You can be 100% straight but get turned on by one particular bloke. Does that make you "bi"? Who cares? Life is for living, not labelling.

I think some just need to know that what they're feeling is normal. It's easier to talk to strangers and it must be a relief to finally be able to talk about the issues involved, and to others who feel the same.

Well they might want opinions, that all. But I must say, those "Am I pregnant?" questions are annoying.
