Suggestions:
Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs : Delete programs that haven't been used in a while. After all, if you still have the disk, you can always reinstall or redownload.
Delete Temporary Files (Cookies, Internet Temp Files)
Store Documents / Movies / Music / Pictures on Removeable Media (CD-ROM, DVD-RW, Flash Drives, External Hard Drives), then delete the originals.
Use a compression program, such as 7-zip, to compress and zip large files that are rarely used.
Once you've done all of these things, run Disk Defragmenter to clean up all the "gaps" in your hard drive storage space.

You have several options assuming that the d drive is your hard drive. you can perform a disk clean up and/or a defragmentation from system tools in most versions of windows. Secondly, you can delete any unwanted filed and/or programs. I recommend doing a back up of what is important before deleting anything. This way if you ever need to refer to them you will still have them.

there is no thank you to enhance disk area without deleting records or removing courses. The disk is a actual merchandise with purely plenty area for records on it. whilst that area is all used up, you're low on area. What you're able to do is take multiple the records you hardly use (music, pictures, old documents and documents) and circulate them to a diverse region alongside with a CD or DVD. you will nonetheless have the records in case you ever choose them. you additionally can purchase one extra storage gadget, alongside with a reminiscence stick (and circulate your pictures, musics, medical docs, etc) to there. Or upload an exterior USBcontinual and circulate some your records and courses to there. however the only thank you to get extra area on your currentcontinual is to eliminate the multiple the records employing up all the area.

Try to delete unwanted files, such as pictures videos and music, also make sure you don't have doubles of things you've downloaded twice. Lastly, delete programs you no longer use.
if your still having low space, put in a new more spacious hard drive (if you cant do it, your local geeksquad probably can). or buy a USB hard drive to move all your data onto (they're also portable, which is nice).
