You know, with all of the people on here who want to slander every religion under the sun that is not their own, I really like your question. If you mean, true love for all people reguardless of race religion or creed and you can truly believe this in your heart then I think it can. I would like to see more people on here who think this way and I give you credit for putting yourself out there and asking such an obscure question with out ignorance.

The bible says if you do not know love then you do not know God for God is love. So basically love must be my religion. I fall short at times but HE is still working on me.
1 John 4:8

Also,

So according to Webster, if you think love is supernatural, and you worship it, then "Yes."
According to the Bible, love is part of religion, the other part being to remain uncorrupted by the world.
