Do you realise how many posters and ads you see, every day? Full of beautiful women, who supposedly represent the "ideal". Is it any wonder that some women, on meeting someone who matches that ideal, have a feeling of attraction?
I would call such women "bi curious". The big difference between them and true bisexuals would be- a difficulty to be sexually satisfied by the pretty female partner.
Do you fantasise about movie stars, supermodels? you may merely be bi-curious.
Do you find yourself thinking about the girl next door, or down the street? You are more likely to be bi sexual.
Do you think about sex with men? Ever? If not, you may be a lesbian.
Whatever your preference, the first step is to find someone you want to have sex with- and have sex with them. Hopefully, that will make you happy, and you'll stop caring about labels.

I am bisexual. I am capable of seeing both women and men as attractive and potential partners. I can describe a perfect woman that I'd be willing to bring home (and maybe share with my husband).
Half of the girls at my school were either bicurious or fadsexuals. They might have thought about kissing another girl or might have enjoyed experimentation, but there is no relationship potential further than one-night stands.

If you know you are bisexual by how you feel, then you are bisexual.
If you're not sure which you prefer, then you're bi curious and wanting to try things out.
