I have built a massive garden-rockery today at the back of my garden. However, it is so impressively high with huge rocks at the top, that I'm worried that it will colapse and spill over my low fence and rest on the public pathway.

But, that pathway is always full of 'hoodies' and 'chavs' and surely it wouldn't matter if the rocks crushed the likes of them.

Please help! Should I lower my rockery or warn the 'hoodies' and 'chavs' of future falling rocks?

It shouldn't matter if hoodies and chavs hang around your garden. if the rocks fall down and crush them, they may sue you for all you're worth. a better way of getting rid of them is to just shoot a hole through their heads.

What is a hoodie? In the US it is a hooded sweat shirt.
What is a chav? have no clue

Someone might pass and get hurt; then you will get sued.

Better take the rocks down.

Lower it. Or someone might get hurt, no matter who it is. If it is human, then it can call the cops and you might get in trouble. Take a couple of the top so they won't collapse.

legal wise you should maybe hang a sign to worn so you don't get sued for injury. and also if you have heavy big rocks on top maybe you should think of rebuilding to where is it not so top heavy to where it might fall over.

If you live in a neighborhood like that... you should make it taller. ;-)
