the absolute best rapper is that Jewish guy (his name slips my mind), but he raps in half english/half yiddish, but he makes it sound 100% fantastic. It's kind of a reggae/rap dub, but the guy is on stage wearing traditional hassidic clothing and just going buck wild in two languages about life and love of god. Even though I'm an atheist, I give him a lot of credit. Plus, it's funny seeing the little goyums go crazy in the audience.

i agree with one person, Tagalog is a good language in rapping, and spanish too. I agree with another girl, pitbull is good! But other than those languages, I not sure if i ever heard rap in another language
Yo metoo, jamaican isnt a language, they speak english. I think your thinking of reggae, I do like reggae, but thats not another language exactly (although I cant understand most of it lol)

I loved the Filipino rap on the Blacked Eyed Peas cd. I also loved a rap in Senegaleze by an artist named Baba Maal.
