Theres this guy named josh I thought he was nice cute and even though he was masculine I just got a clue he was bi or gay i could sense it. So sometimes i was glance and give him "the eye" he would stare back then i would get shy and look away now recently he has been giving me the look staring glancing we make eye contact but we dont really talk I want to get to know him I want to take this 2 the next step how do I you know ..... carry out with him.

First off, you don't mention where it is that you encounter Josh, but if it's at work, school or some other place. Regardless, just say "Hi"....

go and talk to him. That is what I do, you'll get a better sense if he is interested in you or not. ask him to grab some lunch together or something trivial (cofee, etc) and if it goes well ask him out, or invite him to your place.

just ask him to go out sometime & if he is gay or bi then cool but if not he will let you know rightg away
