Is there a Planned Parenthood anywhere near you. They have great doctors (mostly female, too) and will meet all your needs. Planned Parenthood charges based on your income and other expenses that you have. They are very affordable and I was always treated very well there. Once you conceive you can apply for temporary medicaid through your state. You will receive medicate throughout your pregnancy and for about 4 months after your child's birth. Also your child will be automatically covered for a year. One of the best ways to lose weight is to walk. Make it something you and your boyfriend do together, also you can walk throughout your pregnancy and you will have an easier birth. Good luck

I have lost 20 pounds in 3 months. You may want to get some health insurance before trying to concieve. But good luck!

Go to Planned Parenthood. They can help minors who don't want certain information getting to parents and they help those who have no medical insurance or want to pay cash for reproductive services.
I went there for years when I had no insurance. Below is a link to Planned Parenthood of Maryland.

Wow... that's a hard one. I don't live in Maryland, but you can try asking your family doctor for a list of Gynocologists. Call them and ask what their rates are for ppl without insurance. Maybe even try calling pregnancy help facilities for young girls, they may have good suggestions as to what is affordable.
Good luck! I'm 21 and getting my first one next month, eeks!

You should be able to go to the health clinic. Most counties have a free clinic for people that do not have medical insurance.

call your county health department. Mine used to do the exam for free and then charged me like 3 for a pack of birth control pills.
