As far back as I can remember parents and siblings alike have a sick fantasy about photographing people on the toilet. Of course the photo comes out when you least expect it like high school graduations... family picnics... meeting the boy/girlfriend.. etc. Very funny but awkwardly embarrassing...

I don`t know abouy "wrong" but it does seem to be out of fasion at the moment but who knows if ten years down the line it`ll be the in thing, just like in the past celebrities would never film themselves having sex and have the tapes "accidentally" fall into the hands of the press but now they`re all doing it. So not wrong, just in bad taste according to contemporary morality.

We met a couple on holiday and i took a sneaky pic of him having a pee , when we got home we had 12 copies made added a few comments had them laminated and turned them into beermats, we met them in Spain the year after and i got the guy in the bar to put them on our table when we came in , he must have thought i worked there because he kept calling me a bar steward.

Yes.
Most people would take this as an invasion of privacy.
Others would just report you to the police.
Try defending this activity in front of a judge.
