I agree, and unless both parents are legal U.S. citizens, that child should have to apply for citizenship also, Hey if it was up to me I say shoot them when the cross the border.

The children that are born from Mexican illegals on a free American tax paid medical bill just so they can collect a free ride through AFDC checks and welfare food credit cards. Then the children of these illegals grow up and have kids early just to repeat the process over and over.
Add that up between the millions of illegals and you have the number and reason we don't want them here anymore!
I am tired of knowing my taxes go to support every illegal triple packed apartment in Phoenix!

we can't bypass regulations that require some thing of a distinctive united states of america, inclusive of that united states of america's citizenship regulations. we are able to in basic terms bypass and enforce regulations that result our voters or human beings travelling our united states of america, despite if or no longer they are right here legally or no longer. i'm incredibly useful that anchor infants are no longer voters of the US if their mothers and fathers are no longer voters. i recognize that isn't the effortless know-how right now yet i think of it rather is the motive of the form and while that's finally examined they gained't be voters. If as an occasion an American soldier and his spouse are stationed in a foreign places united states of america and that they have got a toddler (no longer born on base, that's American soil) there the toddler is an American. it is not a (despite united states of america) citizen. infants who're born jointly as their mothers and fathers are travelling are voters of the determine's united states of america. there is not any reason to reward unlawful invaders of our united states of america with citizenship for his or her infants. that isn't the regulation and that isn't the custom. that's merely a rivalry by way of illegals that their little anchors are human beings for that reason spreading Americanism to the whole kinfolk.

I think all we need to do is follow the laws already on the books:
"Children born to aliens who are lawfully inside the United States (resident or visitor), with the intention of amicably interacting with its people and obeying its laws" are citizens.

You'd have to amend the constitution to change the provisions of the 14th amendment.
The amendment process is very difficult. It would be nearly impossible to achieve this.
