You should neither break wind before or after a lady. Try to time it at the exact same time they do it. That way they can take all of the blame and yours will be covered up.

What sort of person are you. The manners of a gentleman require him not to pass wind in company and he would certainly not expect a lady to do so. Please have some good manners and behave in a manner becoming a gentleman. After all we all want to be gentlemen don't we?
