I may hold it in my hand and through it out od the window some where that there's no one or if I can I'll try to disarm it.If not, I'll call the police.they know what to do and I'll inform people to get away from that place and evacuate the school building immediately.

Immediately notify all school faculty and direct them to lead a calm and quite evacuation. "DO NOT TELL THE STUDENTS!"
They would panic. That in itself is self destructive.
Have the faculty take the most direct path out of the school without going near the bomb (if bomb location is known).
If bomb location is unknown then ask police officials what actions are to be taken.
