Yes! Early pregnancy symptoms are pretty much the same as PMS symptoms. You will only know for sure you are pregnant in the early stages if you either take a pregnancy test or if you skip your period. The nausea and other pregnancy symptoms don't appear until closer to 8 weeks pregnant. In early stages it just feels like you are going to start your period, but you just don't start. You may have cramping, low back ache, Mood swings, sore breasts and feeling of being tired and drained.

Yes, many pregnancy and PMS symptoms are the same, which is why a lot of women assume their period is coming when they're actually pregnant.

They wouldn't be PMS symptoms, they would be early pregnancy symptoms. Just google early pregnancy symptoms and you will find that many of them are interchangeable with PMS symptoms. Many of mine were the same. Just wait until a few days before your period and take an early preg test. Or wait until you miss your period and take a regular test.

yeah i had them, but no period thats how i knew, they just started to go away and im 13 weeks :)
