Hi! It seems that after the laptop has been on for a while (about 5 - 10 mins) you can no longer use the keyboard, Instead it's almost as though somone is leaning on the z or / key and you have to shut the machine down. There are no viruses or spyware, what could it be? Help is appreciated!

It's most likely a bad keyboard, or maybe even a bad or dirty keyboard connection. However, there are other more costly possibilities (failing memory, hard drive or motherboard come to mind), so I would recommend having it checked out by a repair shop to avoid "fixing" something that was not the actual problem.
