Sleeping is the time I plan and dream of my Sleeping Beauty and all the wonderful activities we are going to accomplish once I awaken. Its when my imagination runs wild and my patterns form within my conceptualization stage. Everything I see is captured in my Perceptualization once I awake and the previous Conceptions are forced into action. Grassy is a man of action Honey. So the Perceptions of the day are formed into Conceptions at night and acted upon the next Morning. This is why I want you in the Morning too.

We need sleep to reburbish our minds and bodies. While we sleep our bodies heal and rest. Even if you lay in bed and donot sleep, the action of relaxing and resting is beneficial to your health.
