It will vary, now lets use me as an example.I too have all of the above plus i have had the filler in the wall cavity,i have my elec on a prepaid meter, and i cook with elec, there's the fridge and freezer.Gas,i have heating and hot water,of which i have on all the time, which i have found is the cheapest for me.I set the temp at 18,so whether i am in or out,if the temp drops below that it justs goes on. My bill in the mid-winter came to £76 for the gas and i put on £12 per two weeks with my elec.I have a 2bed. Check which supplier is the cheapest as this a must to keep bills down.I don't know if this has helped you in any way,oh,by the way it helps if you pay a set amount each month by direct debit rather than having a bill bill at the end.

You do not say where you live but I am in a 3 bedroom semi-detached house with gas central heating but using an electric cooker.
Our house is very well insulated which makes a difference to your bills as well and we pay, on average the equivalent of £15 per week based on the last 3 quarterly bills!
If your house is not so well insulated then add possibly another £2/3 per week but certainly £15/20 should cover you as you are out most of the day and will only be putting the heating on to have a nice cosy temperature to come home to!
Good luck in your new house!

depends who you go with and how much you use obviously but me and my husband live in a similar property and pay a set figure of £20 for elec and £30 for gas a month. This stays the same every month and generally the credit for summer makes up for winter. We are careful and turn things off all the time and dont leave things on standby and remove phone chargers from the sockets when we arent using them and this really reduces the bill. generally speaking, for 2 people who work all day you should be looking at about £20-£30 a month for each. hope this helps

I have a 4 bedroom new build mid-terrace townhouse in the Greater London area and gas and electric costs me about £85 a month. And we are all out all day. The price is expected to fall soon, I think British Gas has already dropped and capped their prices.

as you can see there is a diverse range for what you can expect to pay. By the mentioned Combi boiler I am assuming you are located in the UK.
Based on posts the rates run the range from 20 pounds to 85 pounds for similar sized homes.
A lot of this is based on the buildings insulation levels, effciency of the heating/cooling systems, number and types of lights and age of appliances.
This as well as idiosyncracies specific to your actual building from leftover from construction such as air leakage points, hidden crawl spaces, proper or improper ventilation etc.

A good energy "Audit" or home inspection can help you assess all this, make recomendations to correct them and probably give you advice on getting the cost below the 20 pound mark.

Contact your local Utility Office and ask them for a yearly print out for your utility bills. This will allow you to get an idea of what the average for your residence. You may have to go to more than one location, if you pay power at one location and gas at another. Most utility companies will allow you to pay extra in the summer months to help out in the winter months, so you're not strapped in a cold freeze.

Well I am in Florida so, except for "How much can I expect m energy bills to be?" I have no clue what you said.

Redo your question and address it to people in your state.

I think you will get more realistic help.

Florida is an almost all electric state and ours runs 150 in the low months and 325 in the hot months. But that will not apply to your area at all..................Good Luck!

I would expect you to be paying about £40 per month depending upon how hot you like to be.
