Does anyone know how i can add some visual effects to my pics.?

I had combined a pic of me and my bf so i want 2 add sum visual effects amd make it look good.

Well, when you start with perfection, it is difficult to improve. You could dull down the background. Depending on the tool you are using, they may have an option for that. Withe the old PHOTOED.EXE, there is a Smudge option, so I would smudge the background only, and lightly, but uniformly. You could play with the brightness, of each color, and contrast.

Try playing with the various effects that your photo editing tools allow. Be sure not to destroy your original.
