My friends wife left him about 5 years ago and in that time he started going out with her best friend and now he swears he is in love with her though this woman doesn't feel the same way about him. He also claims to love his wife because of course she is the mother of his children. There is also another scenario in this story he is heavily addicted to chatrooms and will frequently be positive that he is love with the woman he is currently talking to and try to be with her only. In my opinion he is in love with the idea of being in love but I could be wrong maybe he is just a jerk? I would like to know what some other people think about this?

This man needs true love. He seems to be very lonely. What worsens the sitution is that he has never really loved anyone. His wife too is more of practical person I feel. She too has stopped loving him because she is not able to believe him fully. The solution is for this man to relly begin to love someone. The best ones are his children. Let him spend more time with his children rather than other women.

No it not wrong to be in love with love just know that, that's all it is. If he really loved his wife he would not be so fickle. He just wants his cake and eat too and the fact that he is married is also a no no your right to feel that way you dont need any trouble with that one. There are never any winers there. Any man who go's out with his wife bestfriend it can't be all that good because its his wife bestfriend there is no more trust there she might try to go out with her other friends and I know that is no good at all.
