Do you realize you are in the Yahoo! Answers computer and networking section and not the social section? Plus, how does anybody here know what you mean with such a short and none informative question? If you really wish an answer to a legitimate question provide more information on what it regards.

Should ANYBODY go to jail if they didn't do anything illegal? Of course not!! That is just plain silly and why would you go to jail if you didn't do anything? Now, if 'nothing" is a person whom you are attempting to protect, then sure, if you care about the person and wish to save him or her the ordeal of jail, then by all means jump off the bridge and do his or her time in the peson's stead. I doubt the person would really appreciate your sacrifice, but hey, who am I to tell you to not do such a stupid thing?

Have a great day and I hope you get out of jail soon. When you do, I really hope you learned your lesson. lol

if it is a choice between going to jail for nothing and going to jail for something, then go to jail for nothing, because then at least your concience is clear.
if it is a choice between going to jail for nothing and not going to jail for nothing, then I would probably go not go to jail for nothing. I am not going to jail for nothing as Iam typing this as a matter of fact and I like it fine.
