Large glass of wine, red, for me. Lager makes you bloat and Ale tastes awful.

Have some Dowl ale from Canida that will kill the pain by time you've had two ot three. Or try their Rye wiskey. This sruff will make a sick race horse get up and run. Trust me, it's that good.

The pain indeed why not do a variety of both i usually get 8 cans of Caffreys for £5 so its usually ale for me
