You are a lucky person but get it checked with your doctor first, it could just be an hormone imbalance. I suppose this depends on what you want to be in life, if you want to be male then get it seen to, if you want to be female leave them just like they are. It's just a matter of personal choice, good luck what ever you decide.

Some guys do have breasts. That doesn't mean you have to be a girl (unless you want to). If it bothers you alot, you can have surgery.

Perhaps he has gynacomastia (not sure of spelling). Just treat him as you would any other (normal) guy.
