Few choices:
-The Westin. it is right next to the Marriot. U can find Qba in the Westin itself.
-Sheraton Imperial. There is a few restaurants and clubs next to this hotel.
-Hilton Sentral
-Concorde Hotel. Theres hard rock cafe and many other clubs around it. But the hotel itself is quite old and pretty basic, the only thing superb is the location.

try the crown regency service apartment.(quiet cheap for a family size room). its right next to all the stretch of pubs along the road
