I won an auction, was sent a fake bill from TNT express, stating that I should send Westernunion payment to somebody, I rated the seller a bad rating after this and reported him. He then gave me a bad rating. How can I get that rating removed?

TNT express should have a way to file a complaint about the rating in addition to the transaction. File that complaint and make sure you follow up on it.

Unfortunately, almost everything in public commerce is based on good will, and once one person forsakes that, it can have far-reaching negative effects that are hard to correct. But not impossible.

It depends on the auction service; I know E-Bay has where you can protest a negative rating to have it removed if they review the facts and deem it is not valid, but it costs around $25.00.

I had a similar situation happen to me where I received a faulty item and the seller said he would replace it but never did and I left negative feedback even though I paid for the item in a timely manner. Fortuantely, most people on auction services are legit and one ding on my rating out of hundreds was no big deal and has not impacted by ability to buy or sell anything on the site.
