Dance team tryouts are in three weeks. I really need my right splits, but it would be nice if I had right and left. Is it possible to get them, at least the right? If it is, any stretches that would really help (I would stretch everyday)???

I already take a dance class, so while I have the splits better than the average person, I don't have them all the way.

In three weeks? I don't think thats possible unless you want to destroy your body. Only stretch when you are warm, and by warm I mean after running a mile, taking a dance class, going to the gym, that kind of warm. Not just shaking your legs out. Slowly, ease into your split, less than you think you can really go. After 30 seconds, inch a little lower, and repeat 30 seconds later, etc untill you get to a point where you feel a very tight stretch (NOT PAIN). Hold for about 30 more seconds, then slowly bend your legs out of the split. Repeat on the other side. REMEMBER to BE WARM!

side split stretches:
1st stretch:take a thick book and put it down on the ground then put one of your feet on it and go down into the splits position as far as u can and hold it there for like 2 minutes and switch legs.then do it without the book.
2nd stretch:put one leg straight in front and the other leg fully bended and try to touch your foot that is straight and hold it for like 1 min then switch legs.
3rd stretch do the splits as far as u can down and hold it for 1 or 2 mins and switch legs.
4th stretch:if u can do the splits then hold your front foot for 30sec-1min then sit straight and bend your back and extend your arms backwards and do it with the other leg.
5th stretch: do lunges

middle splits:
stretch:do it as far down as u can and hold it there for 1 or 2min and rest for a few minutes and do it again.

and yoga would help

I hate to break it to you, but splits usually take months or even years to get to the ground. (It took me about a year to get both legs.) However, you can get closer by stretching your rotators in your hip joints.

well three weeks is so little time for that. but try stretching as much as you can just don't push it too hard otherwise you'd be for nothing for tryouts. good luck
