Babys have embilical cords coming from their belly buttons after birth. If Adam and Eve were already adults, made that way, and came from the earth... would they have belly buttons?

Adam and Eve have been a continuation of existence from yet another international created via God. do all of us be attentive to who specifically Adam's mothers and dads have been? Technically not, but Mr. Durer could only go with whatever models he was using (he was a famous painter who did a portrait of Adam and Eve with navels)

If you believe in the literal interpretation of the Bible, no, they did not.
Theoretically, they could not have belly buttons, cause they were never "born" in the traditional human sense.
