If you came into a room and eveybody there said hello and waved back at you but one particular female person blinked a lot when they saw you then did not return the wave wouldnt you considr that rude and since this person is a total BTCH would you just ignore them and leave them alone since they are not worth being friendly to?

OK so shes known me for like 2 years but usually only speaks if spoken to. Never thanks you for any kind gesture and either thinks shes hot or just a btch..im guessing number2.

I'm guessing, but she thinks she can handle you in one way or another. She either thinks she can seduce you or B**** You Out until you wish you were dead. She gives you that look because she feels like she is over you and that's why you buckle under her heat. It's not a sexy lady, it's a power-tripper and you are wise to wipe her out of your mind and react as if you don't even notice her.

Well, it depends. Did you think she was a B before she didn't return the wave? If you're judging her on a wave, then that isn't exactly the right way to approach it.
She might've not waved becuase she was nervous, or maybe she spaced out (which happens to people) so unless she displayed/displays B-ey attid=tude towards you or any attempts at being spleasant then give the girl a shot.

If you don't consider this person a friend and she ignored you, I wouldn't say she was particularly being rude. Being that she doesn't know you, she doesn't have to say hi to you. Now if you two have some past history and she is just always a btch to you, I'd say she is just a rude person in general. I had a similar situation where this girl didn't say hi to me but we had a past history (she tried stealing my bf) so yeah I had a right to be rude to her, not necessarily her to ignore me and act mean to me but whatever...the past is the past... Anyway just ignore this girl either way.

Yes, I would go about my business and visit with the other friends in the room and not let her childish actions get to me. If she sees you are bothered by her actions, she will not stop and since you are claiming she is unworthy of being a female( a B) then why should you waste your time on someone that is a miserable human being and immature? Have fun, smile at her nicely,say "Hi" aloud, she will only make herself look snobbish and childish. No sweat off your brow....

Maybe she's having gas and too much movement would make her pass gas and she's trying to be nice and avoid that. Or maybe her boss ripped her a new one right before I got there and she's in a bad mood and doesn't want to take it out on you. I wouldn't confront her, I would wait and see how she feels tomorrow cuz any 1 can have a bad day or 2.

Well it might be that she is shy and didn't know what to do. Give her the benefit of the doubt. You might want to go up to her and say hi. If she still ignores you then just write her off.
