In general people with a lot money tend to be selfish and greedy, espcially if they were the children of rich parents. People who are the frist people in their family to have a lot of money, like many professional atheletes, tend to be more generous because they know what it's like to have nothing and now that they have somthing they want to help.
Having wealth sometimes makes you more determined to keep it, espcially if you have an unhealthy realtionship with money. Many people find their siginificance or their security in the finicial assets.
But again, these are generalizations. You'll find individuals that don't fit into these generalizations.

I think it's impossible to become any type of person "automatically." Change occurs in stages. If a person who gets rich quickly appears to turn into a heartless bastard you can be sure they were already like that before they had the money - it's just that circumstances aggravated their faults. Money can so easily corrupt people simply because people are selfish by nature. But it does not always corrupt. We just have to be extra careful and make sure that all our material possession (whether great or small) are used for good and never wasted.
We will all make an accounting one day for the way we used what God gave to us.

A rich person do not become heartless being rich due, it centers on much attraction of spending and spluring and detached to make more and more money.

I don't really believe it. People stay just as they are. BUT, they have a feeling that all around him/her are jealous of him/her and that all they want is his/her money. When real friendship exists, then not even all the money of the world can change that. I'm not really a rich person but also not a poor one but... I don't know, maybe I think differently than others.

Depends on how the person was to begin with. I've see some very kind people become rich and thus become more kind.

no, when they get the feeling that they absolutely have to be richer than they already are, that is when they become heartless and detached.

at some level they were heartless to begin with, and when money came into play it just brought out what was already there.

I'm sure they don't consider themselves that way. A lot of money has a lot of responsiblities. If you want someone who is rich to give you something or do something for you and he doesn't all that you know is he didn't. You don't know all of his reasons for not doing it.

Their being heartless and detached does not have anything to do with their wealth. You define your wealth, your wealth does not define you.

Not at all. There are many wealthy folks, who remain modest and humble. They have gratitude, and they focus on their work. That's a sign of real character.
