EBCD is ability to reset all your local accounts on the machine. Burn the ISO image, boot the cd, it automatically mounts the ntfs/fat drive and voila you should have the options to set new passwords for all accounts. Now if the hard drive is encrypted that is a totally different story.

Well, there are a couple of ways to edit the .sam password file using a linux kernel, but it is nothing that we can just walk you through on yahoo answers.
