I am a chargers fan and a Tomlinson fan and I don't believe he would have the same record. Tomlinson had a lot of success due to his offensive line, inlcuding the best fullback in the league, Lorenzo Neal. I also think that David Carr would be more successful with a stronger offensive line. Tomlinson always credits his line for his success.

No. LT had a stellar season with a little quiet help from a rookie that came in and pulled the Charger offensive line up by its socks. That line solidified in a way that makes Mike Shanahan envious.
The Texans don't have that quality of a line that he could have had that big of a season. He may have still had a good season, but not the record breaking one he had.

LT remains the perfect decrease back. The chargers until finally marty have been given there have been a bad group. LT nonetheless racked up good yardage regardless of a bad group. do no longer forget that's the comparable group that eli manning didnt opt for to play for, the comparable group that drafted Ryan Leaf. The chargers have been an extremely undesirable group as undesirable if no longer worst than the texans are perfect now while LT replaced into drafted by way of the chargers. and for years after that. yet LT replaced into nonetheless certainly between the perfect, maybe no longer the perfect, decrease back then.

LT is one of the great run backs of our time. I think with some kind of a passing game from Carr, he might have have a good season for the Texans. Even if the Texas have a below average O-Line, the defense would not able to blitz as much with him in the back field, therefore giving Carr more time to pass.

absolutely not, you can't go from one of the best teams to one of the worst teams and expect similar numbers. He would have definitely had a good season, at least 1300 yards, around 20 td's. The o line of the Texans is horrible and could only do so much, just look at sack totals for Carr and rivers. No MVP but in the voting.

Definitely not. Texans has a weak oline. how many times carr got stop. no RB rushed 1000 yards. LT is good but his chargers has good oline and a FB that makes his life easier. If LT with the Texans he would get a 1000 with alot of carries though

Absolutley not. The San Diego o-line was awesome. Look at the interior with Goff, Harwick and Dielman. Those are some mean dudes opening the way and with the Bolts always in the I Lo-Neal just clears out the 2nd tier of the opposing defense. Could he have done it on another team? Of course. But not the Texans.

no way. I'm a Texans fan, but in truth, their offensive line is still in shambles. LT is a great running back, but no one can run without a little help from the o-line.

Hard to say, but I'd guess probably not. The Texans didn't have as good of an offensive line, or a passing game as good as San Diego's.

Probably not because the Texans O-line isn't very good and he wouldn't have Lorenzo Neal paving the way. Neal is quite possibly the best FB in NFL today.
