Mostly depends. If you smoke a lot of cigars, more problems. If you smoke infrequently, no one has found any long-term effects.

makes your breath and clothing small BAD.
wastes money.
lung, heart, prostate and other cancers are also linked to smoking. not just mouth cancer. the carcinogens go everywhere in your body - they aren't limited to where the smoke touches.
Dark stains on your teeth.
You risk looking like 'that guy' smoking the cigars because he thinks he looks cool.

Isn't that enough??? I guess you have never seen anyone with half their face missing or talking with a voice box because they smoked - anything - or chewed tobacco.
