Highlight what you want to copy and paste, by dragging the cursor from the end to the beginning. Then hit Ctrl and hold it while you hit the C key. When you go to paste hit Ctrl and hold and hit the V key. You can do the same with the entire page by hitting the print screen and then pasting with ctrl V.
Print screen is right above insert key on your keyboard and left of F12. Ctrl keys are at the bottom on the right and left of the lettered key board.

drag to select text, right click, copy

left click where you want to paste, right click, paste

So you don't have to type over and over and over and over and over.....

highlight the text that you want to appear somewhere else and then press CTRL+C.

Click on the document or tab where you want the text to appear and press CTRL+V
