First, are you breastfeeding? i didn't get my period while I was breastfeeding and then it took 2 more months after I stopped for it to return.
Second, how long after giving birth did you bleed for? I found with friends that if you bleed for longer, it takes your body longer to start to ovulate again.
And have you had unprotected sex?
If you haven't gotten your period for 6 months after givng birth, your dr will prescribe you a period stimulate to jump start your cycle. Some women need the extra boost.

Are you nursing? I didn't have a period for a year after having my daughter (also by c-section) because I was nursing.
Good luck.

if you are breast feeding you might not get it until you stop. I think it took about a month after I stopped to get mine. But if you aren't you might want to check with your Dr.
